Blue Agave Nectar
Why don’t we add whipped cream and caramel sauce to our coffee? Because we don’t need to! We include a bit of blue agave nectar because we like the way it tastes, not because we are masking poor quality, high-acid coffee.
Whole cow's milk contains a lot more calories and fat than almond milk, making almond milk the better choice for those on a diet or lactose intolerance. We use real California almonds in our iced coffee, not powdered almonds, so our beverages are smooth and rich.
When coffee grounds are submerged in hot water, acidic oils are released from the beans. This can give the coffee a harsh taste and be rough on your stomach. Cold-brew coffee is made by steeping coarsely ground coffee in cold water for 12-24 hours. This produces a rich, smooth coffee concentrate that is truly world-class.
Cinnamon & Vanilla
Cinnamon is thought to increase circulation and open breathing, increase awareness and vitality, and reduce fatigue. Vanilla extract is made by dissolving vanilla beans in alcohol to create the dark colored liquid with the powerful scent of natural vanilla. Natural vanilla extract contains numerous antioxidants, including vanillic acid and vanillin.
